o Rossland City Councillor for two terms: 2008-2014; Council representative for Sustainability Commission, Lower Columbia Community Development Team and Tourism Rossland.
o CBT Communities Adapting to Climate Change Advisory Group member.
o Member of the Visions to Action Task Force,
o Donate housing for two Gold Fever Follies cast members for last 5 years.
o Volunteer for BC Senior Games 2011, Chair of Cross Country events for BC Winter Games 2005
o West Kootenay Friends of Refugees, (founding member)
o Volunteer with the secretariat for 2010 Olympic cross-country skiing events and many other NorAm Races, Canadian Championships. Volunteered for alpine races at Red Mountain.

o Retired corporate and self-employed sales management consultant. Managed a national sales force of 35 representatives.
o Canadian-American dual citizen.
o Rossland property owner since 1997; Built home in 2000, full time resident since 2003.
o Happily married to Dave Cornelius, with one son, daughter-in-law and darling grand-daughter, 2 cats and a parrot.
o Avid downhill and cross country skier, road biker and motorcycle rider; enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking.
o Loves her (nearly) xeriscape garden, reading, travel, music, dance and generally having fun.
